ART Heroes is a media literacy project based on art4art’s animated super hero the Anti Retroviral Man.

During October and November 2015 about 500 Zambian children and youth participated in animation and film making workshops.

The goal with the workshops was to spread knowledge about how media works, how to create filmed media content and to create awareness on how we are affected by media and how to influence with media.

The project ART Heroes encourage participants to tell their stories and to share them to inspire others.

ART Heroes is a collaboration between art4art in Zambia and Lina Linde Film/Production in Sweden, supported by the Swedish Institute with funding from Sida.
